The principles we hold to in every visit and every session.

  • Patient-centered care
  • Professionalism and integrity
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Inclusivity and diversity

Our vision

To become the community's premier physical and mental healthcare provider — by striving to meet and exceed quality standards with every step we take, making a positive difference to the quality of life of children, youth, adults and families.

Our mission

To be committed to the physical and mental wellness of individuals, their families and the community, through a high-quality, research-based array of medical care services that ensures accessibility and efficiency.

“Healthy body, healthy mind — to achieve a balanced life.”

Our services

Specialties that work together, not separately

We start with a full assessment, then build a plan around the specialties your child actually needs — and review it with you as things change.

Our deepest specialty

Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

Our team includes two consultant psychiatrists dedicated to children and adolescents — the deepest specialty we hold. We work through psychological and behavioral difficulties across the stages of development with careful assessment and a clear plan, involving the family at every stage.

  • Full assessment and diagnosis
  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Anxiety and mood disorders
  • Behavioral difficulties
  • School and social adjustment difficulties
  • Consultant-supervised medication review where needed

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

An evidence-based approach for children with developmental disorders and autism, reducing unwanted behaviors and building the skills that help a child take part in daily life alongside peers.

  • Individual sessions
  • Early intervention & pre-school preparation
  • Social skills groups

Speech & Language Therapy

Developing communication for children and adults: receptive and expressive language, articulation, and social communication — so they can express themselves and take part in life more fully.

Occupational Therapy

Improving daily living skills — gross and fine motor skills, balance, strength, self-care, handwriting and visual-motor coordination — while easing sensory behaviors and building adaptability.

Pediatrics & Neonatology

Following your child's health and growth from birth, diagnosing and treating illness, and advising families on nutrition, vaccinations and developmental milestones.

Adult Psychiatry

Diagnosing, treating and preventing mental, emotional and behavioral disorders in adults — including depression and anxiety — through therapy and medication where appropriate.

CBT & DBT sessions

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to identify and change negative thought and behavior patterns, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy to manage intense emotions and build healthier relationships.

Assessment & diagnosis

A full assessment of mental, emotional and physical condition through interviews, testing and observation — leading to an accurate diagnosis and an effective treatment plan.

Parent training & guidance

Hands-on training for parents on how to work with their child, plus school and home visits to observe behavior in its natural setting and extend the plan beyond the clinic.

Our flagship program

The Early Steps Program

An intensive morning program that brings every specialty a child needs into a single daily schedule — instead of spreading a family across scattered appointments all week.

How we start

Three steps from first message to first session

Get in touch

Message us on WhatsApp or call. Tell us your child's age and what specifically concerns you — we'll point you to the right specialty and find a time that works.

The assessment

Your child meets the specialist for a full assessment through interview, observation and appropriate testing, giving a clear picture of strengths and needs.

Plan & follow-up

We set a treatment plan with clear goals and a session schedule, and share progress reports as we go so you're a partner at every step.

Inside the clinic

A space designed to feel safe to a child

Sensory integration rooms, quiet session rooms and an outdoor play area — because a child's comfort is part of the treatment.

FAQ

Questions parents ask us most

How do I book an appointment?
The fastest way is WhatsApp on 0552552236, or call our unified number 920020139. Tell us your child's age and the reason for the visit, and we'll recommend the right specialty and book you in.
Do I need a diagnosis before booking?
No. Many families come to us with observations only — a delay in speech, difficulty concentrating, or a repeated behavior that worries them. We begin with an assessment session, and from there decide whether your child needs intervention and in which specialty.
From what age do early intervention programs start?
The Early Steps program is for children aged two to ten. Assessment sessions and pediatric care start from birth. The earlier the intervention, the better the outcomes tend to be.
Are your services only for children?
No. Psychiatry, CBT and DBT sessions, and speech and language therapy are available to adults as well, alongside our children's services.
What is the family's role in the treatment plan?
A central one. We provide practical training for parents on how to work with their child at home, and carry out school and home visits where needed to observe behavior in its natural setting — because what a child learns in the clinic needs reinforcing outside it.
Do you accept medical insurance?
Coverage varies by insurer, policy and the type of service. Message us on WhatsApp with a photo of your insurance card and we'll confirm the details before you book.
